✨Please read before booking!✨ Let me start with THANK YOU for choosing Nails By Natasha for all of your Nail Care Needs!! My goal is to make your nail experience as simple as possible all while catering to your specific Nail Needs! I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER NAIL TECHS or DIY at HOME WORK! Please arrive bare handed or book soak off. All appointments will need to be CONFIRMED no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. You will be sent a link via text/email to confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointments. Any appointments not confirmed within that window will be cancelled. There is a $20 deposit for all new clients, this fee is applied to your appointment balance. This deposit is non refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment should YOU need to reschedule. I do have a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled outside of the 48 hour window. 50% of the service cost will be due before you can book again. I do understand life happens so always reach out to me if possible to avoid any fees! All NEW CLIENT appointments are pending until I have contacted you for a consultation. No Call No Shows will be banned from online booking after the first time. I offer a 15 min grace period. After that your appointment will be considered a no show. Extra Guest are not permitted during the time of your appointment. This is not a traditional salon setting with a waiting area. Moms, if you have something come up and do not have a sitter please contact me prior to arrival! On days I'm not booked up I can sometimes make exceptions for little ones. However if its a day I am crunched for time I will help you reschedule. When booking your appointment please be sure to add any and all Add On services such as but not limited to nail art, cut downs, nail repair etc. Each service adds extra time that needs to be accounted for. Full sets/fill ins come with solid polish and one basic accent nail on each hand. No extra services will be added at time of appointment!!! Forms of Payment Accepted are cash, cash app, venmo & Apple Pay.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments canceled outside of the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of full service price. You will not be able to book again until this fee is paid.
